Jerome Amurao was born in the Philippines.  Moving to the United States at a young age, he has lived in Ohio and Maine before settling in Evans, Georgia. Jerome keeps the company of academics and artists, people industrious and slothful.  Being neither, he nevertheless enjoys himself and is amused by their antics.  Jerome enjoys stepping on the dry leaves that have fallen on the sidewalk during autumn. He scored a perfect 800 on the critical reading section of the SAT and he speaks French.
