As mysterious as his name, SIR commands subservience of almost everyone he meets. He is commanding and menacing, but not overly forceful. SIR invents a serum which he says will cure close to every known mental illness and hires Dr. Beall as the "leading man in a new frontier of medical technology". However, since Dr. Beall does not share his twisted mindset, complications arise between the two that could lead to undermining the project at hand.
